This round cake ring is from Tiger Crown's Albrit series, made of aluminum with a double coat fluorine resin nonstick coating and a melamine resin handle.
Aluminum offers high heat conductivity, is lightweight, and resists rust, while the double fluorine resin coating lets cakes and other desserts release cleanly and makes the ring easy to wash. It works for baked goods as well as for desserts that are chilled in the pan.
Made in Japan. This ring is offered in two sizes, Small and Large.
