This is a nonstick cake pan from Tiger Crown's Albrit series, featuring shell shaped cavities designed for making madeleines and other shell shaped treats. The aluminum body conducts heat efficiently while staying lightweight, and it is coated twice with fluorine resin, which gives it good resistance to rust.
The double fluorine resin coating allows baked goods to release cleanly from each cavity, making cleanup quick and easy. The pan can be used for baked sweets as well as chilled desserts.
This pan is offered in three sizes: a mini single cavity version, a 6 cavity tray, and a 9 cavity tray, so you can choose the capacity that fits your baking needs. All are made in Japan.
