This tartlet pan from Tiger Crown's Albrit series is made of aluminum with a double coat fluorine resin nonstick coating.
Aluminum has high heat conductivity, is lightweight, and resists rust, while the fluorine resin coating lets tarts release cleanly from the pan and makes cleanup easy. It can be used for baked tarts as well as desserts that are chilled in the pan.
This pan is made in Japan and is offered in two shapes: Boat and Oval.
