Tiger Crown Albrit Petit Floral Mini Tart Pan 5.5cm 5329

The Albrit Petit Floral mold from Tiger Crown is a tiny, flower-shaped pan for baking bite-size tarts and other mini treats.

Its aluminum body is coated twice with fluorine resin for a dependable nonstick surface. Aluminum conducts heat efficiently and resists rust, keeping the mold lightweight at 6 g (0.2 oz) while measuring 5.5 x 5.5 x 1.3 cm (2.2 x 2.2 x 0.5 in). The coating releases baked goods cleanly and wipes clean after use.

The mold works well for both baked pastries and chilled desserts. Made in Japan.
