This Albrit pound cake loaf pan is made of aluminum, a metal with high heat conductivity, and is coated twice with fluororesin for a reliable nonstick surface.
Because it is aluminum, the pan resists rust and stays very light to handle. The two-coat fluororesin finish lets baked cakes release cleanly and makes the pan easy to wash after use.
Use it for baking pound cakes and other treats, or for chilled desserts once they come out of the oven. Available in two sizes: 17 cm and 25 cm. Made in Japan.
