The Tiger Crown Albrit rectangular tart mold is made of aluminum with a double layer of fluorine resin nonstick coating. The aluminum body conducts heat efficiently and stays lightweight and resistant to rust.

The fluorine resin coating lets tart shells release cleanly from the mold and makes it easy to wash. It can be used for baking as well as for chilled desserts.
