Tiger Crown Aluminized Steel Pullman Loaf Pan with Lid 1.5 Kin 1661

This Pullman-style loaf pan with lid from Tiger Crown lets you bake square shokupan (Japanese milk bread) at home. The body is aluminum-plated steel, which conducts heat well and holds up to repeated baking, and the thick steel plate helps the loaf bake evenly.

The lid slides on rather than simply resting on top, so it will not lift up or come off while the bread rises and bakes. If you prefer a rounded, mountain-top loaf, you can also bake without the lid.

It measures 22.8 x 12 x 11.7 cm (9 x 4.7 x 4.6 in) and weighs 690 g (24.3 oz / 1.52 lb). Made in Japan.
