Tiger Crown Black Book Cake Pan Small Silicone Coated Steel 5082

This small book-shaped cake pan is designed for baking cakes in the form of an open book. The steel body has a silicone resin coating in a Black finish, which conducts heat well and lets the baked cake release cleanly from the mold.

The silicone resin coating also makes the pan easy to clean, and its all-purpose shape suits other baked goods as well.
