These fruit cake pans are designed for baking small individual fruit cakes and other personal sized treats. The steel body has a silicone resin coating in a Black finish, which conducts heat evenly and lets each cake release cleanly from the pan.
The silicone resin coating also makes the pans easy to clean, and their compact shapes suit other small baked goods as well, good for parties or other occasions calling for personalized treats. We offer this pan in three shapes: Heart, Round, and Star.
Tiger Crown is a long established maker based in the Tsubame Sanjo area of Niigata, Japan, founded in 1959.
