This kugelhopf pan is designed for baking the classic ring-shaped cake. The steel body has a silicone resin coating in a Black finish, which conducts heat well and lets the baked cake release cleanly from the pan.
The silicone resin coating also makes the pan easy to clean, and its all-purpose shape suits a range of baked goods beyond kugelhopf.
