Tiger Crown Black Madeleine Mold 6 Cavity 5045

This is a shell-shaped madeleine mold with six cavities, made for baking French-style madeleines with a rich, buttery flavor. The steel body has a baked-on silicone resin coating that conducts heat well and releases the cakes cleanly, giving an even, attractive bake.
