This torte and tart pan from Tiger Crown is made of steel finished with a silicone resin coating that conducts heat evenly and lets baked goods release cleanly from the pan. The nonstick finish also makes it easy to wipe clean after use.

The pan is designed for baking tarts and pies, and the bottom is a removable type that lifts out from the sides. This suits delicate, crumbly dough that could otherwise break when being unmolded, and once baked, the tart shell can be topped generously with seasonal fruit or other toppings.

Made in Japan.
