This wide blade cabbage slicer from Tiger Crown lets you slice vegetables quickly with a razor sharp cutting edge. The plate is ABS resin and the blade is stainless steel.
Both versions include an AS resin safety holder, so you can slice vegetables all the way to the end without the risk of cutting your hand.
It is suited for slicing cabbage, onion, cucumber, tomato, and lemon. Made in Japan.
Choose between the standard slicer with safety holder, or the version with an added catch container that includes a built in grater for daikon radish, plus non slip silicone feet for added stability.
