These glassine liner papers from Tiger Crown are made for chiffon cake pans and keep the delicate, airy cake from sticking to the pan. Because the pan does not need to be greased, the finished cake comes out cleanly without breaking or tearing.

Chiffon cake batter is soft and airy, so lining the pan removes the need to grease it, and because nothing sticks to the paper, the cake is far less likely to crumble or crack when it is removed. Each liner is cut with a center hole to fit around the tube of the pan, making it simple to take the finished cake out.

Made in Japan. These liners are offered in five sizes, 10 cm, 14 cm, 17 cm, 20 cm, and 23 cm, to match the corresponding chiffon cake pan.
