This Tiger Crown chiffon cake pan has a center tube that supports the light batter and helps heat move through the middle of the cake more quickly. This lets a tall chiffon cake bake evenly all the way through without dense or undercooked spots.

The pan is made of aluminized steel and has a removable bottom for easy release, making it simple to lift the finished cake out without damaging its shape.
