Tiger Crown Chiffon Cake Pan with Removable Bottom 17cm Aluminized Steel 1272

This Tiger Crown chiffon cake pan has a center tube that supports the light batter and helps heat move through the middle of the cake more quickly. This lets a tall chiffon cake bake evenly all the way through without dense or undercooked spots.
