Tiger Crown Dismal Mixer Whisk Large Gray 1676

This gray whisk from Tiger Crown uses a spring action that gives it an unusual feel against the bowl and makes whisking more comfortable.

The flexible spring coils vibrate more than the motion of your hand, and the two to three coils draw air into the mixture efficiently, helping you build a firm, stable meringue.

It also works well for washing rice.

The handle can be folded 90 degrees to split the whisk into two separate pieces, which is handy for whisking small amounts in a mug or other small container.

Made of SUS304 (18-8 stainless steel) wire with an ABS resin handle, it measures 50 mm in diameter and 320 mm long (2.0 x 12.6 in) and weighs about 100 g (3.5 oz).

Made in Japan.
