Tiger Crown Food Branding Iron Susuki Pampas Grass Pattern 1592

This food branding iron stamps a susuki (pampas grass) pattern onto baked sweets and bread, adding a charming decorative touch once they come out of the oven.

The branding head measures about 17 x 22 x 12 mm (0.7 x 0.9 x 0.5 in) and is attached to a square handle rod measuring 4 x 4 mm (0.2 x 0.2 in) and 293 mm (11.5 in) long. The iron itself is 30.5 x 4.2 x 1.7 cm (12 x 1.7 x 0.7 in) and weighs 54 g (1.9 oz / 0.12 lb).
