This round cake pan is part of Tiger Crown's G. Deco series, a cake pan line built around a fresh green color. The steel pan has a baked fluorine resin coating that helps cakes release cleanly, resists sticking, and wipes clean easily, so it works well for baking throughout the year.

This pan is offered in two styles, a fixed bottom version and a version with a removable bottom for easier unmolding, and comes in a choice of sizes.

It is made by Tiger Crown, a manufacturer based in the Tsubame Sanjo area of Niigata, Japan, founded in 1959. For more than 65 years the company has planned, developed, and manufactured baking tools, cookware, and storage items. Its in house brand, Cake Land, offers one of the widest ranges of baking tools in Japan and is trusted by professional pastry chefs and home bakers alike.
