Tiger Crown Gas Stove Cooking Mat 20cm 2127

This metal heat diffuser mat from Tiger Crown sits directly on a gas burner to soften and spread the flame's heat. Because the heat is distributed evenly across the mat, it heats the bottom of a pan uniformly, which helps with even, scorch-free cooking and with dishes that need to simmer over low heat.

The handle folds flat to save storage space, and its cover can be removed for washing. The mat is built to be durable and long lasting.

It is not for use with gas stoves that have a temperature sensor or automatic shut-off, with portable gas burners, or with induction (IH) cooktops. The body is steel with an aluminum plating, the handle is chrome-plated steel, and the handle cover is phenolic resin.
