The Gorigori Bowl Set is a two-way kitchen tool that works as a mixing bowl and a grinding bowl in one. A suction cup on the base holds the bowl firmly on the counter, and the cup can be removed when it is not needed.
The inside of the bowl has a ridged, mortar-like surface, which makes it handy for prep work such as making shira-ae tofu dressing, grating mountain yam, or grinding sesame seeds. The set includes the bowl, a grater plate, and a wooden pestle, made of copolyester resin, ABS resin, and natural wood.
Tiger Crown is a houseware maker based in the Tsubame-Sanjo area of Niigata, Japan, that has been designing kitchen tools since 1959. Over more than 65 years the company has developed baking, cooking, and storage goods, and its Cake Land brand is known among home and professional bakers for its wide range of baking tools. It is made in Japan.
This bowl set comes in three colors: Green, Yellow, and Pink.
