This 6-cavity madeleine pan from Tiger Crown is designed to bake light, fluffy madeleines with a beautiful finish. Measuring about 20 x 19 cm (7.9 x 7.5 in) with a capacity of about 200 ml (6.8 fl oz), the steel body has excellent heat conduction and a baked silicone resin coating that helps each shell-shaped cake release cleanly.
