This mini loaf pan is made for baking pound cake, butter cake, and fruit cake. The steel body has a baked-on silicone resin coating, with a clear silicone coating on the inside, so it conducts heat well and releases cakes cleanly for an even finish.
Its compact size makes it a good choice for individual portions or small gifts.
