This narrow pound cake pan from Tiger Crown is made for butter cake, fruit cake, and classic pound cake. It also works as a basic bread pan.
The pan is made of steel with a baked silicone resin coating outside and a baked silicone resin and clear silicone coating inside, plus 18-0 stainless steel reinforcement. It conducts heat well, so cakes bake evenly without uneven browning.
Tiger Crown is based in the Tsubame Sanjo area of Niigata and was founded in 1959. For more than 65 years it has designed and manufactured baking, cooking, and storage goods. Made in Japan.
This pan comes in two sizes, 150 mm and 170 mm.
