This Pullman style loaf pan is made from a 0.7 mm thick steel sheet that conducts heat well, helping bread bake evenly without hot spots. The body is reinforced with 18-0 stainless steel and finished with a baked silicone resin coating inside and out.
The lid slides on rather than simply resting on top, so it will not lift off or shift out of place while baking. For a rounded, peaked loaf instead of a square one, you can leave the lid off while baking. Each pan comes with its matching lid.
This pan is offered in three sizes: 1 kin, 1.5 kin, and 2 kin.
