This round cake pan from Tiger Crown's Torte Pan Common series is a versatile pan for baking sponge cakes, tarts, and pies. The steel pan has a baked silicone resin coating that resists sticking and holds up well to both heat and cold. Good heat conduction and easy release give a beautiful, even finish, and the smooth coating makes cleanup easy after use.
Tiger Crown is a long established manufacturer based in the Tsubame Sanjo area of Niigata, Japan, founded in 1959. For more than 65 years the company has planned, developed, and manufactured baking tools, cookware, and storage items.
