This stainless steel whisk is designed to whip heavy cream in about half the usual time. For best results, spread the wires wider as the cream thickens to speed up whipping.
The wire shape lets air in easily, so cream whips up quickly, and the wide, flexible tip also makes the whisk easy to clean.
The whisk head is made of SUS304 (18-8 stainless steel) with an ABS resin handle. The whisk is about 320 mm (12.6 in) long overall and weighs 100 g (3.5 oz).
