This nagashikan mold from Tiger Crown is designed for making mizu-yokan, steamed bread, egg tofu, pudding, jelly, agar, and other chilled or set desserts. It has a double-layer construction with a removable insert that makes it easy to turn out the finished dessert, and measurement markings on the side help you gauge the amount of batter or liquid you are using. The mold can be chilled in the refrigerator to set its contents.
