This narrow loaf pan from Tiger Crown is designed for pound cake and other butter cakes and fruit cakes. Its shape also works as a basic bread pan, so it can be used to bake mountain shaped (yama gata) white bread as well.
It is made of aluminum plated steel with 18 0 stainless steel reinforcement for added strength, and it is made in Japan.
The pan becomes easier to use and release baked goods from the more it is seasoned through regular baking.
This pan is available in four sizes: 105mm, 130mm, 150mm, and 170mm.
