Tiger Crown Narrow Pound Cake Loaf Pan 130mm 1604

This narrow loaf pan from Tiger Crown is designed for pound cake and other butter cakes and fruit cakes. Its shape also works as a basic bread pan, so it can be used to bake mountain-shaped (yama-gata) white bread as well.

The body measures about 12.2 x 5.6 x 4.9 cm (4.8 x 2.2 x 1.9 in) and holds about 260 ml (8.8 fl oz), with a weight of about 140 g (4.9 oz / 0.31 lb). It is made of aluminum-plated steel with 18-0 stainless steel reinforcement for added strength.

The pan becomes easier to use and release baked goods from the more it is seasoned through regular baking.
