This springform cake pan from Tiger Crown uses a stainless steel spring clasp to hold the ring to the base. Releasing the clasp lets the ring widen outward, so a finished sponge cake comes out cleanly without sticking to the sides.
The pan body has a nonstick fluorine coating for easy release and cleanup, with a stainless steel locking clasp. It is made in Japan.
