This perforated pie pan from Tiger Crown bakes pies to a golden, evenly browned finish. The small holes in the base let heat and steam reach the bottom of the crust while it bakes.
By varying the flour you use and how you fold the dough, you can bake pies with different amounts of puff and rise.
It is made of tin plated steel in Japan. This pan is available in two sizes: 18 cm and 21 cm.
