This Tiger Crown Prism cake pan is made of cast aluminum, a material chosen for its good heat conductivity so the cake bakes evenly. The inside of the pan has a nonstick coating that lets the finished cake release cleanly once it has cooled.
We offer this pan in several shapes: a square pan, a kouglof crown bundt pan, a madeleine shell pan with six cavities, a marguerite flower shape, and a La Forme shape. Each shape is sized for home baking and easy to handle.
