Tiger Crown Removable Bottom Tart Pan Deep 180mm 997

This tart pan is designed for baking tarts and pies. Its removable bottom makes it easy to release the finished pastry from the mold, which is especially helpful with soft dough that could otherwise stick or tear.

Made of chrome-plated steel, the pan measures 17.6 x 17.6 x 3.8 cm (6.9 x 6.9 x 1.5 in), holds about 800 ml (27.1 fl oz), and weighs 243 g (8.6 oz). It is made in Japan by Tiger Crown.
