Tiger Crown Round Cake Pan with Removable Bottom 18cm Aluminized Steel 2307

This Tiger Crown round cake pan has a removable bottom, so the finished sponge cake lifts out easily instead of having to be turned out or cut free from the sides. The round shape is the most basic mold used for baking sponge cake.

The pan is made of aluminized steel, and every cut edge is rolled over, which keeps the rim safe to handle and makes the pan easy to wash by hand. It measures 18.5 x 18.5 x 5.7 cm (7.3 x 7.3 x 2.2 in) and weighs 250 g (8.8 oz / 0.55 lb). It is made in Japan.
