Tiger Crown Springform Cake Pan Nonstick 15cm 3512

This springform cake pan from Tiger Crown has a non-stick fluorine coating for clean release. Opening the locking clasp widens the ring so the side wall pulls away from the cake, and the base plate lifts out separately, making it easy to remove a finished cake without turning it over.

The pan measures about 16.8 x 16.2 x 7.4 cm (6.6 x 6.4 x 2.9 in) with the clasp attached and holds about 1.3 liters (1.4 qt) of batter. The body weighs about 250 g (8.8 oz), and the removable base plate weighs about 70 g (2.5 oz). The locking clasp is 18-0 stainless steel.
