Tiger Crown Stainless Steel Cake Ring Mold Round Shallow 150mm 1635

This round cercle ring mold from Tiger Crown is a bottomless frame rather than a complete pan. It can be used to cut a round shape out of sponge cake baked flat on a sheet pan, or to line the bottom with a thin layer of tart or sponge cake before chilling bavarois or mousse inside until set.

Because the mold has no bottom, it works best with fillings that will not leak out while chilling. It is made of 18-8 stainless steel, which resists rust and is easy to handle and clean.

The ring measures about 15.2 x 15.2 x 3 cm (6 x 6 x 1.2 in) and holds about 500 ml (16.9 fl oz), with a weight of about 105 g (3.7 oz / 0.23 lb).
