This flour sifter from Tiger Crown lets you sift flour quickly with light pressure and can be operated with one hand. Its design keeps flour from scattering as you work, and the lightweight body makes it easy to handle. The sifter is made of stainless steel, so it resists rust and is easy to clean.
The sifting screen measures about 94 mm (3.7 in) across and uses an 18 mesh stainless steel screen.
