This Tiger Crown pan lets you make stick shaped pancakes just by pouring in batter and pressing the halves together to cook. The body is aluminum alloy with 18-0 stainless steel fittings and a phenolic resin handle.
Besides pancake mix, it also works with rice, bread dough, or cookie dough for more variety. Instead of cutting the cooked sheet into sticks, you can roll it up, and the cross section comes out looking like a flower pattern. The plate is detachable, so it is easy to wash after use.
It measures about 37.4 x 16 x 2.5 cm (14.7 x 6.3 x 1 in) and weighs about 750 g (26.5 oz).
