This tart pan is part of Tiger Crown's green-toned cake series, finished with a double coat of fluorine resin for easy release and easy cleaning. The bottom is removable, so the finished cake lifts out of the pan easily, and the pan is well suited to tarts and pies topped with plenty of seasonal fruit.

It is made by Tiger Crown, a manufacturer based in the Tsubame Sanjo area of Niigata, Japan, founded in 1959. For more than 65 years the company has planned, developed, and made confectionery, cooking, and storage items for everyday use. Its in house brand Cake Land is known for one of the widest selections of baking tools in Japan, used by both professional pastry chefs and home bakers.
