This silicone rubber spatula has a one piece molded head with no seams, so there is nowhere for dirt to collect and it stays easy to clean after regular use. A stainless steel core rod runs through the body, giving it a firm, flexible feel that holds its shape and stands up to repeated use, and it can be used for both high and low temperature cooking.
The soft silicone edge is gentle on mixing bowls and pots, so it will not scratch the surface while mixing, scraping, transferring, or straining food. It is a versatile all purpose tool for everyday kitchen prep. Made in Japan.
