Tojiro Large Utility Knife 345mm FG-3000

This is a large utility knife with an extra-long blade, designed for jobs that are awkward for a standard kitchen knife, such as cutting large cakes of mochi or slicing oversized vegetables and fruit. The blade measures 345 mm (13.6 in), and the knife has an overall length of about 495 mm (19.5 in).

The blade is made of stainless cutlery steel, which resists rust and is easy to maintain, and the handle is polypropylene resin.

Fuji Cutlery was established as the sales company for Tojiro, the cutlery maker from Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata. The Fuji name comes from Mount Fuji, shown in the Tojiro logo, and the brand offers a more casual line built on Tojiro's sharpness and ease of use.
