This is a paring knife from Tojiro's Narihira #5000 all-stainless knife series, model FC-60. The blade is made of molybdenum steel and the handle is made of 18-8 stainless steel, giving the knife an all-stainless steel construction from the blade through the handle.

Because of the manufacturing and finishing process, stainless steel items in this series may show minor surface marks or discoloration. This does not affect the quality or performance of the knife.

This knife is made in Japan.
