Tojiro Shusaku Molybdenum Vanadium Left-Handed Usuba Knife 195mm FC-376

This FC-376 knife is the left-handed version of Fuji Cutlery's Shusaku usuba knife (square-tip style), part of a lineup where every size is also offered in a left-handed edition. The blade is forged from molybdenum vanadium steel, chosen for its sharpness and durability, and finished as a rust-resistant Japanese-style knife (wa-bocho).

The blade measures 195 mm (7.7 in), with an overall length of 340 mm (13.4 in) and a weight of 240 g (8.5 oz). The handle is made of magnolia wood fitted with a polyethylene and polypropylene resin ferrule.

Fuji Cutlery was founded as the sales company for Tojiro, the knife maker based in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, one of Japan's noted centers for cutlery craftsmanship, and carries that sharpness and ease of use into this left-handed knife.
