This 18 cm (7.1 in) three-tier steamer from the Tsubamesan series is made in Tsubame, Niigata, a city that grew into Japan's leading housewares producer. It is built from durable stainless steel.
The stacked design lets you steam several foods at once. Fill the bottom pot with water and steam in the middle and top tiers. It can also be used with two tiers, and the bottom pot works on its own as a two-handled pot. The full capacity of the pot is 2 L (2.1 qt).
