This Tsuboe Super High-Cut grater is made from a thick 18-0 stainless steel plate for a sturdy body. The teeth are angled at 35 degrees to reduce resistance while grating, arranged with intentional variation to help keep food from sliding, and each tooth is hand-finished one by one with a chisel.
Rinse with water after use, and because it is stainless steel it can also go in the dishwasher. Use it only for preparing vegetables, and keep the grater steady on a stable surface while grating.
This grater is available in seven sizes, from Mini Small up to No. 1, so you can choose the size that suits your kitchen and the amount of food you prepare.
