Urushiyama Ceramic Coated Deep Frying Pan 22cm CRB-D22

The Urushiyama CRB-D22 is a 22 cm (8.7 in) deep frying pan made in Japan. The interior has a marble ceramic coating that provides good heat conduction for even, flavorful cooking.

The pan body is shaped using a spinning process, which keeps it lightweight and easy to handle while remaining durable. A two-layer clad construction, with an aluminum alloy interior and a stainless steel exterior (body thickness 2.6 mm / 0.1 in), supports fast heating and works well on induction (IH) cooktops.

Overall dimensions are approximately 41.8 x 23.6 x 10.8 cm (16.5 x 9.3 x 4.3 in).
