This deep frying pan is part of Urushiyama Metal Industry's Kaedemasa line, handmade by skilled craftsmen in Japan for use on gas stoves only. It combines a wide, deep cooking surface with a lightweight aluminum-magnesium alloy body.
The interior has a PTFE Platinum Plus non-stick coating for easier cooking and cleanup, and the handle is natural wood, giving it a warm, comfortable grip.
This 20 cm (7.9 in) pan measures 39.2 x 20 x 9.3 cm (15.4 x 7.9 x 3.7 in) overall.
