The Urushiyama Majesta is a cookware series made in Japan that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern technology for high performance and everyday ease of use. Each piece has a cast aluminum alloy body that is thick at the base and thinner at the sides, giving it a light feel while still offering excellent heat conduction, heat retention, durability, and resistance to warping from heat.
The interior nonstick fluororesin coating is durable and easy to clean, while the ceramic coated exterior gives a smooth, easy to wipe finish. A bonded base reinforced with iron powder thermal spray supports even heating on induction (IH) cooktops as well as gas, and the phenolic resin handle stays comfortable to hold.
This collection meets the certification standards of Japan's Product Safety Association. Molding, coating, polishing, assembly, and packaging are all carried out in house at the Urushiyama Metal Industry factory in Japan.
