The Urushiyama Majesta IH tamagoyaki pan is a rectangular frying pan made in Japan for cooking rolled omelets and other everyday dishes. It measures 34 x 10 x 3 cm (13.4 x 3.9 x 1.2 in) and weighs 445 g (15.7 oz / 0.98 lb).

The body is cast aluminum with a thick bottom and thinner sides, giving it a light feel that is still durable and resistant to warping from heat. Aluminum conducts and retains heat well, and the thick base helps cook food evenly. The cooking surface has a fluororesin non-stick coating that is durable and easy to clean, while the exterior is finished with a ceramic coating. The base has a sprayed iron powder layer so the pan works on induction (IH) cooktops as well as gas.

This pan passed the certification standards of Japan's product safety association, and it is manufactured from molding through coating, polishing, assembly, and packaging at the Urushiyama Metal Industry factory in Japan.
